Privacy notice

This notice covers the nafaone.com website. Data inside a NafaOne workspace is governed by the agreement between Decoding IT and the company that owns the workspace.

What we collect

When you request a trial, we receive the details you type into the form: company, name, work email, phone, the data location and company size you choose, the modules you tick and your message. We also record the country and IP address the request came from, to stop abuse.

The sign-in box does not send anything to us. Your browser remembers the last workspace address you entered, on your device only.

How we use it

Only to set up your trial, contact you about it and send you a quote. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

Where it is kept

Your request is stored on our NafaOne server for the data location you choose. The website itself is served by Cloudflare, which processes requests to protect the site against attacks.

Cookies

The website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.
